Introducing Our DMLS Resource Library
I3D MFG™ has put together an online DMLS resource library for anyone that wants to learn more about the industry, materials used, and actual case studies of DMLS in action. Here is what you will find in our library.
Material Specs. We have an entire section of the library dedicated to the metals we print and all of the various specifications for each metal. Included in the library are:
- Inconels
- Stainless Steels
- Maraging Steel
- Titanium
- Cobalt Chromes
- Aluminium
Each specification is a downloadable PDF.
Case Studies. Due to the rapid growth of the 3D metal printing industry (additive manufacturing), there have been numerous case studies from industries such as automotive, medical, aviation, firearms, and energy that show off the incredible efficiency of additive manufacturing. Each case study is downloadable for reading offline.
White Papers. We have some great DMLS white papers in our library (and we are adding more) that discuss various topics of interest such as quality approaches to DMLS, the future of manufacturing, and all about additive manufacturing as an industry.
